Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with the ALDI team, and maintaining the store's appearance to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts according to guidelines.
- Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures.
- Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient and accurate cash register operation.
- Safely operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Work well independently and in a team environment.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
