Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
