Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
