Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, performing general cleaning duties, and working both independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
