Job Description

As a Store Associate, you will merchandise, stock products, cashier, and maintain the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process purchases, stock shelves, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with the team and store management
• Offer feedback on products and contribute to inventory maintenance
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe and proper equipment operation
• Interpretation and application of company policies
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
