Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. concepts in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
