We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Full-Time Store Associate at our brand-new store. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment, offers exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide feedback to the management team.
• Operate cash register efficiently, stock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
