We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, scheduling, and developing operational strategies while fostering team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience required.
