We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and leadership qualities.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
