Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team to ensure exceptional customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide top-level customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns effectively and maintain store standards.
• Participate in the hiring and training of store personnel.
• Manage store payroll, budgets, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
