Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to manage store operations and lead a team effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing, and implementing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and foster a cohesive team environment.
• Address customer concerns and maintain product quality and presentation.
• Recruit, train, and schedule store personnel while setting performance expectations.
• Conduct store meetings, performance evaluations, and manage payroll budgets.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
