Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee. As a trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store management, preparing you to lead your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational plans while mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Estimated Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store operations, including maintaining product quality and signage.
• Recruit, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
