Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of effectively managing a store with the opportunity to advance to running your own store in the future.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and maintain core values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and stock levels meet company standards.
• Monitor budget, total loss, and store performance to achieve targets.
• Provide a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to company policies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations as part of the training program.
