Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring and leading the team.
Position Details

- Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
- Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $101,000
