Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations to prepare for managing your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and contributing to the overall performance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide exceptional customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store presentation and product quality standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and personnel management.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience, with management background preferred.
