Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to master all aspects of store management, preparing you for a successful career in retail leadership. Key Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Familiarity with retail operations and management principles
• Prior experience in retail and management preferred

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of retail experience

Travel

Flexibility to travel within divisional requirements for training
