We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be trained to handle all aspects of successfully operating a store, from managing daily activities to ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

• Ensure store signage is maintained, and products are of high quality and freshness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
