We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a rewarding leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork and employee morale.
• Manage store signage and product quality to meet Aldi standards.
• Recruit, interview, and train store personnel.
• Create and oversee weekly schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations for team members.
• Ensure store payroll and operational budgets are met.
• Monitor market trends and recommend product changes to stay competitive.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.
• Handle inventory management and conduct regular audits.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
