Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing a store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and developing the store team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience, with management experience preferred.
