Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for leading your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, handling customer concerns, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork and community among employees.
• Manage staffing, including hiring and scheduling.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Conduct inventory management and cash audits.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
