Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role within our company. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Understand and promote the company values and strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain product quality and store appearance standards.
• Recruit, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct inventory management and ordering as necessary.
• Adhere to safety and security guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of retail management principles.
• Experience in operating a cash register and handling finances.
• Flexibility to travel for training purposes.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience
• Prior management experience a plus
