Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on managing store operations, supervising the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance. Your role will involve implementing operational strategies, managing schedules, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategy and core values to promote teamwork.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and freshness standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.

• Flexibility to travel as needed within divisional requirements.
