Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness engagement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs for STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
• Ensure equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained for a world-class member experience.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors through feedback, mentoring, and training sessions.
• Create a culture of care, connection, and enthusiasm by delivering high-energy classes that motivate and uplift members.
