We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our vibrant team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing, achieving optimal results, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and fostering a culture of care and connection.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent and ensure schedules are staffed appropriately to drive member engagement.
• Analyze business and performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness spaces for an exceptional member experience.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
• Create a community-focused atmosphere that motivates and uplifts members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and building authentic connections.
• Certifications in fitness training and CPR/AED preferred.
