Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience, maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage. Your role involves recruiting top talent, achieving financial targets, delivering exceptional member experiences, and supporting ongoing instructor development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and acquire talent to drive club traffic and engagement.
• Analyze business and performance to maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage.
• Ensure world-class member experiences through flawless execution and continuous training.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
• Deliver exceptional experiences that motivate, uplift, and create community.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness, customer service, and team collaboration.
• Ability to drive results, achieve financial targets, and enhance member experiences.
