POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL)
REPORTS TO: General Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
COMPENSATION: Pay Range is $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities! Class rates paid at $35.00 per hour!

PURPOSE
The Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead is responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience, maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage while ensuring the achievement of set KPIs.
The GFSTL will recruit talent, drive performance, deliver a world-class member experience, train and support ongoing instructor development, and ensure exceptional member care and connection.
