Job Description

We are looking for a talented Group Fitness Manager to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing, achieving results, delivering a world-class member experience, training, coaching, and ongoing instructor development, as well as fostering care and connection among members and guests.
