Group Fitness Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Group Fitness Manager to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for creating a vibrant fitness experience that promotes inclusivity and trendsetting classes. Your main focus will be on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while ensuring members receive exceptional class experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train talent for STUDIO and Group Fitness schedules.
• Analyze performance to meet financial targets and exceed KPIs.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, spaces are clean and safe, and programming is flawless.
• Lead ongoing instructor development through trainings, coaching, and feedback.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters community and member connections.
