Join VASA Fitness as a Group Fitness Manager, where you will play a key role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring high energy classes that motivate and create a sense of community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and acquire top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences through flawless execution of VASA initiatives, training, and mentoring of instructors, and resolving challenges swiftly.
• Lead ongoing instructor development by providing feedback, hosting training sessions, and fostering talent growth.
• Ensure members receive exceptional service, address concerns promptly, and champion the values of the STUDIO and Group Fitness products.
