Group Fitness Program Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness Program Lead. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a pay range of $19.00 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities, with class rates paid at $35.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to enhance club traffic and member engagement
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance and driving financial targets
• Deliver exceptional member experiences through world-class programming and coaching
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high standards
• Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability within the team
