Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance, setting targets, and driving attendance through effective scheduling and coaching.
• Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe facilities, executing programming flawlessly, and providing ongoing training and development support to instructors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, create connections with members, and uphold VASA's core values of enthusiasm, passion, and accountability.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness program management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and support a team of instructors and coaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage members and create a positive community atmosphere.
• Passion for fitness, motivation, and a commitment to delivering uplifting and high-energy classes.
