Job Description
We are looking for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center. This role involves loading and unloading trailers utilizing specialized techniques, technology, and procedures. Actual duties and schedules may vary based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training available for candidates with less experience).
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
- Good stable work record and safe driving history.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet medical requirements.
