ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem basis. As a member of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. Requirements
