Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
  • Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with resources available.
  • Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
