Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare. As part of our HomeHealth division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
