We are looking for a meticulous Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and appearance of all guest rooms and public areas at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. This role involves leading a team of housekeeping personnel, ensuring high standards in housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities

• Create daily assignments and plans for housekeeping staff.
• Supervise and monitor the work of housekeeping personnel.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule department personnel.
• Handle guest complaints and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and ensure cleanliness standards are met.

• Room Inspectors
• Room Attendants
• Houseman
• Night Houseman
• Laundry Attendant

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of hotel housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
• Detail-oriented in room inspections.
• Teamwork-oriented and able to maintain a staff.
• High school diploma required; 3+ years of hotel operations experience preferred.
