HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician (Commercial) to join our team at Pardee - Service Experts. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for performing commercial service and maintenance calls, diagnosing and resolving customer problems efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems courteously and accurately.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and perform services on HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, promote products and services, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years' experience in HVAC and technical training certification.
• Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certifications.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to work flexible hours.
