Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at L.L.Bean. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for performing senior level electrical maintenance functions and ensuring electrical safety across the company. This full-time position offers competitive pay, great benefits, including a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a work schedule from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for complex electrical maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled equipment.
- Install and support robotics, sorting, and vision systems.
- Maintain power distribution and lighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Act as a mentor for junior electricians.
- Provide on-call coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with industrial maintenance experience.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
- Experience with PLCs and IEC blueprints.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to operate aerial lifts.
