As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories following company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote products to clients.
- Maintain company property and tools, complete paperwork accurately, and collect payments.
- Assist in training other installers, conducting quality audits, and planning installations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma, HVAC technical training certification, and 5+ years of experience.
- Valid HVAC licensing and EPA certifications.
- Proficient in HVAC equipment installation, ductwork, and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
