Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) for the NOC shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to administer medications and treatments to residents with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Documentation of 24-hour communication reports.
- Alert status monitoring and recording.
- Maintaining confidentiality of resident and staff information.
- Notifying management of changes in resident conditions.
- Assisting with medication records and orders.
- Monitoring pharmacy deliveries and addressing discrepancies.
Requirements
- Must hold a current LPN or LVN license in the state.
- Willingness to work with the elderly.
- Proficiency in English preferred.
- Monthly in-service attendance and CPR certification.
- Background check required for employment.
