Genesis HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients and residents. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver effective nursing care and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
