Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in changing the lives of our patients and residents by delivering high-quality healthcare services and building meaningful relationships.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preferable experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
