Job Description
Applewood Center is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a per-diem basis for Day, Evening, and Night Shifts. As an LPN at our center, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and prioritize patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
- Assist in care planning and implementation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
