Job Description

Position Highlights
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
