Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Sedgewood Commons. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients, contributing to care planning, and administering treatments under physician orders.
Position Highlights

- Conduct patient evaluations, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
