Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
