Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Pine Lodge's night shift team. This full-time position involves twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends. As an LPN under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
