Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, report changes in condition, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
