Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments based on physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
