Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. As an LPN, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
